Summer Update: 8 Cities, 3 New Platforms, and What's Coming Next
Quick update on where things stand as we head into the second half of the year.
Markets
We launched in San Francisco and New York in April. Since then we've added Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Denver, and Boston. Each market found its footing within the first two weeks — turns out there are people in every city who are happy to make phone calls, run errands, and complete tasks for $15–$85 each.
Platform integrations
Claude Desktop was our first integration and is still our largest source of tasks. This summer we added Cursor (via MCP) and ChatGPT (via OpenAPI Actions). The ChatGPT integration surprised us — ChatGPT users post a much wider variety of tasks than Claude users. More errands, more phone calls, more booking requests. Claude users skew technical. ChatGPT users skew everything.
What's next
We're working on OpenClaw integration (huge autonomous agent community), expanding to 15+ markets by October, and adding new task categories beyond the original DevOps focus. More on that soon.
